注目に値するトーンやルックス、そしてフィーリングを備えたハイ・エンド・ギターを特別製作するにあたり、フェンダーカスタムショップが最大限注力した新カテゴリ”アーティザン・シリーズ”。このシリーズは、2013 Tokyo Guitar Show Custom Stratocaster®をベースモデルとしている。 ”木”が持つ素の表情を活かして製作されるアーティザン・シリーズは、手作業によってステインを施す事でボディの杢目をより際立たせ、上品で滑らかなグロス加工で仕上げている。カスタムショップ熟練工によるチームによって進められ、原則的には注文を受けてから生産を行う。アーティザン・シリーズQuilt Maple-Top Stratocasterは、豪華なフィギュア―ド・メイプルをボディ・トップにあしらい、タイガー・アイ・バースト・フィニッシュで仕上げている。その他の特徴としてリップスティック・カバーのFat 50'sシングル・コイル・ピックアップ、スペシャル・クローム・ノブ、エボニー・ボタンのクローム製チューナーを搭載、指板は１ピース・メイプルまたはローズウッドから選択できる。
